Oh, by the way, there are some good things happening in my life.....
Main Man and I have tickets to see the Stones in concert next Friday - and we got them for half price!
Thoughts on motherhood, marriage, education, and life in general...
About Me
- Library Mama
- I am a mom, a wife, and a teacher-librarian. I have four boys at home: Main Man (44), #1 (14), #2 (11), and #3 (7). Although they keep me very busy, I also look after a library for an elementary student population of 500 (give or take). I love my family; I love my job.

Wow. I wish I had something productive to say.
Have a good time!
I missed the complaining post.
Woohoo on the Stones tickets. Is it true that they appear in medichairs now..
And I like to think that Woodstock goes on...
happy - you are not far wrong. Our tickets are near the 'B' Stage. Most acts have this...a mini stage connected by a catwalk so they can walk way out and more people can get a close look.
But for the Stones, there's no catwalk. It's a set of rails. A chunk of the 'A' stage detaches and slowly wheels Mick over to 'B'stage. It is, apparently, too far for the old dude to walk! Too funny.
